Our Philosophy - We Believe

Who We Are

I M Print Promo has helped both large and intermediate sized clients motivate and support their businesses through successful promotional campaigns since 1994.

We are based in Coquitlam, B.C., Canada and maintain a showroom by appointment only.  Our office is mobile and our preference is to come to you.  It's part of our full 'at your service' philosophy and allows all parties involved in the decision making process to be present.

We are proudly active in our community supporting and providing our services to local sports associations and schools with spiritwear, uniforms, and tournament items.

We leverage our relationships with a select group of outside consultants and manufacturers who have similar strong reputations and the same client-focus as we do.


What We Do


We are a full service, one source solution provider of Customized Apparel & Promotional Products.  Our services include logo and artwork design, embroidery, screen printing, pad printing, & heat transfer.  If you're unsure if we do it, we probably do as there are many sub-categories to print types.  If we don't, we'll likely know who does, and gladly point you in the right direction. 

We began our business as  printers so we truly understand what happens behind the scenes once your order is placed.  This coupled with
being in this industry since 1994 provides a distinct advantage as we  know what works and what potential pitfalls to avoid. 

 

What You can Expect

Quality Products: we use only reputable, trusted, suppliers to ensure only quality products.  We stand behind our products.  In the unlikely event that an item is defective, be assured that we will replace or credit as needed.  Our terms and conditions can provide more info.

Service: We are 'at your service' . We come to you to meet and discuss your needs.  All calls & messages are connected to our mobile enabling us to answer queries & concerns quickly & be available more than the standard business hours.  
Expect us to be ask detailed questions about your promotional goals and objectives. We won't pry, but the more details you can provide such as what event/item needed is for, deadline dates, and what you are hoping to achieve with the recipients will help us work with you to determine the best products & results.
We'd like to think that each client large or small, will become a long term one and we treat each relationship as the beginning of a strategic alliance. 

From concept to delivery we will work hand in hand with you until you are completely satisfied with the product you will be receiving.

Value: We work within your budget to provide the best value for your advertising dollar.  In cases where the budget can vary, we provide a good, better, best option for you to choose.
